Sandra Bullock has flipped a massive real estate property out of his name as she already found a buyer for her Tybee Island home in Georgia. The said island located near Savannah is famous for its majestic white sand beaches and its 18th-century lighthouse.
According to Fox, the "Miss Congeniality" closed the deal for nearly $4.2 million after almost two years of being in the market. The buyer had a pretty good deal as the picturesque vacation home boasts a 3,360-square-foot mansion, and another 2,848-square-foot guest house adjacent to the main house.
The almost three-acre celebrity home sits at the northern end of the exclusive beach town. The main house occupies a total of 1.6-acre private property assembled in five lots.
The Florida mansion's location is so perfect that it was identified as a prime spot for dolphin watching when placed in the rental market in 2018.

Sandra Bullock Real Estate Portfolio
The "Bird Box" actress' real estate portfolio is now one property lighter. But it looks like Sandra Bullock is eager to dispose of some of her property holdings as it is not the first time she sold some of her massive estates.
In 2018, Bullock she ditched her ranch near Chateau Marmon in Los Angeles and sold it for $2.925.
Despite flipping properties, the actress still has an impressive real estate portfolio composed of Beverly Hills mansion, two condominium units near Sunset Strip, a New York apartment, a ski home in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and other vacation houses in Austin and New Orleans.
The Hollywood A-lister has been ranked twice as the world's highest-paid actress, thanks to her blockbuster movies like "The Proposal," "Miss Congeniality," Ocean's 8," and more.
