Darren Kozelsky has now placed his uniquely shaped Texas home on the market with a price of almost $10 million. This property was designed and built by architect Lionel Morrison in 2007, and it is unlike any other.

Realtor says that Morrison and Kozelsky had “meticulously planned” the design for this property, having a particular final product in mind. According to the report, the singer wanted to make his house look like a modern shell.
Daily Mail says that Morrison has a knack of designing certain buildings with a hint of his passion for the outer space. He reportedly gave the home a seamless transition between its living spaces and its expertly landscaped gardens.
The report adds that the building had sleek fittings, with windows that ran from the floor right up to the ceiling. There is a sliding window pane in one of the house’s six living areas, leading to the massive entertainment room that has its own courtyard. This courtyard sports its own swimming pool, comfortable seating areas, as well as balconies.
