The luxurious waterfront mansion of famous quarterback Tom Brady is nearing completion, according to a report.

The mansion, located in the exclusive "Billionaire Bunker" island in Miami, is believed to be in the final stages of construction, as reported by the New York Post.

The plot where the mansion sits was first purchased by Brady and his ex-wife, supermodel Giselle Bündchen, in 2020. At the time of purchase, the land had an old 5,772-square-foot house. The couple later tore it down to build the eco-mansion, per The Sun.

It is unclear how much Brady spent on his eco-mansion in total. However, an LLC through which the lot was purchased secured a $35 million construction loan from JPMorgan Chase in June of last year.

Additionally, two notices of commencement filed in 2021 by Fontainebleau Construction outlined plans to build a two-story mansion featuring a security building, gym, cabana, pool, and sports court.

Brady's mansion is expected to feature a state-of-the-art private gym, a study, a waterfront pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a tree-lined driveway. At the back of the mansion is a pool cabana and a rectangle-shaped infinity pool lined by palm trees and lush landscaping.

Photos obtained by The Post also showed two guest suites on the property, each with its own terraces, in addition to a large security house at the entrance and a motor court designed to house the quarterback's collection of cars.

Sources who spoke with the outlet said Brady is planning to move into his Miami eco-mansion in the spring.

Where Is the Billionaire Bunker?

The Billionaire Bunker, which is known as Indian Creek, is an exclusive island inhabited by rich residents, including Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. The community features only 41 lots, all connected by one road and accessible only by a single bridge.

People living on the island have access to an exclusive country club, a golf course, and 24-hour protection from a private police force.

Indian Creek Island is not naturally occurring. According to Marca, the island came to be after it was dredged from Biscayne Bay. Plots on the island were first sold to the wealthy in the late 1920s.
