Zendaya, who got her start on the hit Disney series "Shake It Up" and became the youngest winner of the Primetime Emmy Award for her role in HBO's "Euphoria," is the owner of a stunning $4 million in Los Angeles.

Prior to her blossoming career, Zendaya owned a starter home worth $1.4 million in Northridge, Los Angeles. In 2020, she upgraded to a $4 million home in the neighborhood of Encino in the San Fernando Valley. The neighborhood is highly sought-after by celebrities and prominent figures looking for privacy and lower price per square foot.

The Encino property sits on four acres of land and features a massive main house with a large backyard and a guesthouse. The property also features a beautiful open pool area surrounded by towering palm trees and lush greenery.

Zendaya's mansion boasts over 5,000 square feet, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and several other luxury amenities. The house itself was originally built in 1939 but has since undergone several renovations and rebuilds.

One of the best features of Zendaya's $4 million mansion is its grand entryway, which features vintage-inspired doors flanked by lanterns that open to a spacious living room with a pitched ceiling and a large fireplace with a half-moon opening.

Zendaya's Other Properties

In addition to her Encino home, Zendaya owns a 2,050-square-foot condominium unit in Brooklyn, which she purchased in December 2020 for $4.9. The condo features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Manhattan skyline and New York Harbor.

The condo's main features are its bathrooms equipped with a soaking tub and heated oak flooring. Zendaya's condo is accessible with a private elevator that only opens at her unit.

Zendaya was also rumored to have bought a $4 million mansion in London with her boyfriend, Tom Holland, who she starred alongside on Marvel's "Spider-Man." A source also told Mirror that the couple was planning a nearly $311,000 renovation of the home.

However, Holland later put the rumors to rest during an appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan and clarified he did not purchase a property in London with Zendaya.
