Famous TV personality and former cooking show host Martha Stewart recently bought an expansive apartment unit in a famous Upper West Side building for over $12 million.

Stewart recently purchased a two-floor apartment in The Belnord, a famous building that occupies a full block between Broadway and Amsterdam on 86th and 87th Street, for $12.3 million, down nearly $6 million from its original asking price of $18 million. The building's exterior is also used as the set of the "Arconia" building in Hulu's "Only Murders in the Building."

The two-floor apartment spans 4,600 square feet and features six bedrooms and 6.5 baths. It also features mahogany windows, a working fireplace, and a Gaggenau-appointed kitchen, as first reported by Crains New York.

The apartment's deed was co-signed by Stewart and her daughter Alexis. It is unclear if Stewart will share the apartment with her daughter and grandkids. Alexis sold her West Village triplex for $31 million in July last year. She initially listed the home for $53 million in 2019.

Stewart's Other Real Estate Properties

Turkey Hill

Stewart's first home, and perhaps her most famous property, is a 19th-century house in Turkey Hill, Connecticut. Stewart and her husband purchased the home in the 1970s for $46,750 and spent the next 30 years renovating the property. Stewart's Turkey Hill home now spans four acres and features a meticulous landscape design, all-season gardens, a vegetable garden, and a greenhouse. Turkey Hill is best known as the place where Stewart wrote several of her cookbooks. She sold the property for $6.7 million in 2007.

Skylands

Martha's estate in Seal Harbor, Maine, is a sprawling 12-bedroom property named the Skylands. The property was originally built in 1925 for auto executive Edsel Ford. The Skylands features a pink-granite driveway, a chef's kitchen, and antique-filled rooms.

Stewart purchased the Skylands in 1997 and has since bought the neighboring estate, Ox Ledge, to expand the size of her residence. Steward returns to the Skylands during the summer months.

Cantitoe Corners

Following the selling of her Turkey Hills property, Stewart purchased a farm in Katonah, affectionally referred to as "Cantitoe Corners," in 2000. The 152-acre property was built in 1925. Since her purchase, Stewart has added a horse farm, a stone stable, a flower garden, a gym, a chef's kitchen, modernized guest homes, and greenhouses to the property.
