Rihanna has found a buyer for her $25 million penthouse in Los Angeles two months after listing the property.

The sale of Rihanna's full-floor penthouse, which spans 9,290 square feet, was pending as of May 10, per Mansion Global, citing listing records. The identity of the buyer and the final sale price are currently unknown.

Rihanna's penthouse is located on the 40th floor of the 42-story Century building in Century City. It was listed on the market for $24.95 million on March 11.

Rihanna bought the penthouse last year for $21 million. However, the singer allegedly never moved into the property following the purchase, according to Robb Report. The penthouse was previously owned by Nick Molnar, the billionaire co-founder of tech company Afterpay, who bought the property from late Friends actor Matthew Perry.

The $25 million penthouse features eight bathrooms and four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a sitting area. It also features a fireplace, a marble bathroom, an office, and four terraces that total to 1,900-square-feet of outdoor space. The terraces face four directions, giving the homeowner sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, Downtown Los Angeles, the San Gabriel mountains, and Mount Baldy.

The property has retained renovations and updates made by Perry, including dark brown hardwood floors, an all-white kitchen with marble countertops, dual kitchen islands, a soundproof movie theater, and a private lounge.

In addition, the penthouse's homeowner will be given access to four deeded parking spots, 247 concierge and security guards, an outdoor swimming pool, onsite storage facilities, an in-house restaurant, and conference rooms.

The penthouse can be accessed using a private elevator, which opens to the penthouse's entrance gallery and the living room that features floor-to-ceiling views of the Los Angeles skyline.

The penthouse was built in 2010 and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and renovated by architect Scott Joyce and interior designer LM Pagano when it was under Perry's four-year ownership. Homeowners would be required to pay more than $8,800 in monthly HOA fees.

The Century building has other notable residents, including Denzel Washington, Candy Spelling, and Terry and Heather Dubrow.
