Tyler Blackburn, co-star of the series "Pretty Little Liars" shown in ABC Family, dropped close to $1M for an LA Bungalow, reports Forbes. Blackburn must be having his fair share of the series' success because he just bought himself a house at 28!
This could also be the case for his girlfriend and co-star, Ashley Benson, who plays Hanna Marin, one of the young women in the series. The 25-year-old actress also bought a $2.2M house in 2012 just two years after ABC launched "Pretty Little Liars" in 2010, as reported earlier by Trulia.
And now Blackburn, who plays bad boy Caleb Rivers in the series, dropped $965,000 for an LA house, says Trulia. Pictures of the house and its interior are shown in a report by Rumorfix and on Trulia's website.
The ABC Family actor now owns the LA Bungalow in Atwater Village. The Tudor-style house, with an area of almost 1600 sq. ft. resting on about 6600sq. ft. of lot, has two-bedrooms and one full bath.
The bedrooms are customized to have sliding doors that open to the patio, giving direct access to the back part of the house. Forbes reports that the doors almost span the whole walls, letting in natural light when the curtains are up.
The house inside the Loz Feliz community also got that "vintage Los Angeles" feel as it was built in 1922. Aside from that, the classic bungalow has beautiful walnut flooring, an intricate fireplace, timeless Carrera marble bathrooms, and barrel ceilings. On top of the interior's charm and glamour, the outside boasts of a meticulously-landscaped outdoor entertaining area.
Some fans would be excited about this new development and might think that Tyler Blackburn would share the LA residence to Ashley Benson. But do not forget that Asley Benson's house, a three-bedroom French Normandy-style house in West Hollywood is also a charmer.
Although it's still possible that the two may hang out at the actor's new house soon. No worries, because we could always get a hint from Tyler's Instagram account, just like how fans knew of their reconciliation after a recent break-up.
