The news of One Direction singer Harry Styles split with model girlfriend Nadine Leopold have barely sizzled down yet it seems that the boy band member would once again find himself in the arms of another woman.
Reports have circulated that Styles' ex-beau Taylor Swift is one happy woman after hearing the break-up news and is looking to be reunited with him.
According to a report in Hollywood Life, an insider revealed that the "Blank Space" singer would "absolutely" grab the chance to date the British singer once again.
"Taylor is secretly so happy that they broke up. She still has feelings for Harry and the fact that Nadine broke up with him kind of gives her pleasure. Now he knows how it feels. She never thought Harry and Nadine were right for each other anyway," said the insider.
It seems that the 25-year old pop singer felt that her ex deserved to get a taste of his own medicine after he broke up with her in 2013, noted Hollywood Life.
The two began seeing each other in Nov. 2012 but officially broke up in Jan. 2013. Since then, speculations have gone around that Swift was still not over the boy band member.
In fact, Swift's songs in her album "1989" were reportedly all about her relationship with Styles, an idea that didn't seem to bother the 21-year old British singer.
A report in Bustle dated 2014 said Styles was actually good-natured about being the inspiration for the album.
"We write from personal experience, and I think everyone does, so it would be hypocritical of us to be like, 'Oh you can't write about us,'" he said.
The One Direction member also added, "And she's really good, so they're good songs. I'm really lucky in that sense."
Styles began dating Leopold early in 2015, noted Glamour magazine.
It seemed that the relationship was going well until news of the break-up came about.
It seems that the 21-year old model wants to focus on her career first and have decided to let go of Styles to do that, said Hollywood Life.
Leopold wants to remain friends but it might be too difficult for the British singer to be that in the meantime. Styles was reportedly "gutted" and felt like he had been "punched in the stomach" after the split.
The news was a surprise as weeks before the split, it was reported that the pair has been planning on moving in together, said Inquisitr.
