Manny Pacquiao Net Worth: Boxing Champ Buying Diddy’s Beverly Hills House After Floyd Mayweather Fight?

It appears that Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao has already decided how to spend that $100 million paycheck. TMZ reported that the Filipino boxer has been looking to buy luxurious houses in Beverly Hills, including the mansion P. Diddy once called home.

According to the report, Pacquiao and the rest of his crew went to the area to check out the 10,000-square-foot property over the weekend. Sources say that he “really liked” the place and might purchase it.

Diddy’s former home could be the new house that he wants for his family, according to GMA Network. As a busy athlete, committed pastor, and politician in the Philippines, he wants to have a permanent stateside home so that he and his loved ones can be absolutely comfortable whenever they visit the United States.

The Mediterranean appeal of this particular real estate property attracted the boxing champion. Even though it comes with a hefty price tag of almost $13 million, Ang Malaya is convinced that Pacquiao just might get it. After all, $13 million is just pocket change for someone like Pacquiao, as remarked by TMZ.

It has seven massive bedrooms, its own top-of-the-line entertainment room, 8 bathrooms, a spacious backyard, a wet bar, a mancave-ish facility, a unique saltwater swimming pool, a huge Jacuzzi, and a garage that can hold up to 25 vehicles. Plus, a separate report from Realty Today said that Pacquiao’s wife, Jinkee, has fallen in love with the mansion’s master bedroom particularly because of its built-in His & Hers walk-in closet.

This used to be the home of P. Diddy and Jennifer Lopez when they were still together, and the rapper sold it back in 2001 for only $2.313 million. The most recent homeowners gave it a massive overhaul and upped the price to $12.5 million.

Rumor has it that Pacquiao will truly be purchasing this particular Beverly Hills mansion but has not made any official announcement yet because of his incoming highly anticipated bout with Floyd Mayweather, Jr., according to a separate TMZ report.

“Beautiful – with privacy,” Pacquiao said, describing the Beverly Hills estate he has his eyes on, according to Movie News Guide.

Additionally, Diddy’s former home is not the only American property that the Filipino boxer is interested in buying. Canyon-News reported that he also wants to buy a wide piece of land in Los Angeles for his own personalized sports complex.
