The residence is detailed to be near the Sunset Strip and offer a total of 4,963 square feet of space that includes three bedrooms and five bathrooms. Other amenities the new owner would enjoy include a luxurious gourmet kitchen, plenty of window allowing natural light, a fluid layout and a beautifully crafted dining dining room with vaulted wood-beam ceilings.

Moreover, the master of the house deserves only the best thus, the master suite is located on a corner in the second floor offers a great city and ocean view. Live in luxury when at home with a fireplace, dual walk-in closets and his-and-hers marble baths.

The site continues that Lee owns another LA mansion in Hollywood Hills West back in January following the sale of a Lower Doheny property.

Stan Lee and Marvel

Stan Lee is one of the most influential comic book writer and editor today given his history with Marvel and its list of popular superheros. The 93-year-old former president and chairman of Marvel Comics is the co-creator of a number of titles and characters including The X-Men, The Fantastic Four and a number of "Avengers" names that include Iron Man and Thor.

One of the most enjoyable part of Marvel films that fans look forward to are the cameos that Lee makes in the films.

While Lee has achieved massive success, he remains humble. Speaking in an earlier interview (via Newsarama.com) Lee spoke about his time in Marvel and his sentiments.

"I was once the creative head of the company, but the company was smaller," said Lee. "I don't know what I would do if I was the creative head of the company today. I'd have to ponder that for a bit. I know that you always have to have surprises. You always have to make the reader say, 'Wow, I never expected this!' You have to keep doing that. It's kind of become the Marvel tradition. If this continues that tradition, I'm happy for them all, and I'm happy for the fans."
