'Perfect Strangers' Star Bronson Pinchot With 2 Foreclosed Homes

Many people would immediately recognize Bronson Pinchot as Larry's eccentric cousin from Balkan in "Perfect Strangers," which aired from 1986 to 1993, according to Wet Paint.

In 1987, he even got an Emmy Awards nomination in the "Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series" category because of his impressive performance as Balki Bartokomous. He also appeared in the Tom Cruise 1983 movie starrer, "Risky Business" and stole a scene from the famous comedian, Eddie Murphy, in "Beverly Hills Cop" (1984), according to IMDB.

However, years later, it seems the actor's life didn't go as planned.

TMZ reports that Bronson has failed to pay his home loans on not just one, but two properties. According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Bronson's mortgage trouble began two years ago. He reportedly owed a Pennsylvania bank a total of around $271K ---186K on one home and $85K on another. Now, TMZ says the bank has already foreclosed the homes.

There were already numerous complaints thrown at Pinchot, as exposed in a certain article from Citizensvoice.com, reports Chatham Daily News. The complaints were from the actor's creditors and were filed in the Susquehanna Court of Common Pleas. The news outlet adds that "A number of the legal actions were subsequently withdrawn, and Pinchot insisted he was doing his best to settle his financial issues."

"I have been doing everything in my power to work out the problem. I am not too proud to say that my actual power is not very great at this moment, though my willpower is," the 55-year-old actor was quoted as saying.

Several celebrities have also faced trouble with their mortgages. TMZ reported in August 2014 that the "OC" star Mischa Barton had her house in Beverly Hills foreclosed . Another reported case by TMZ in December 2014 was that of Wes Scatlin. He also faced foreclosure last year, near Christmas time.

Just recently, Birdman (the rapper) was also reported by TMZ to have unpaid bills on his condo property amounting to $12,500. According to ThisIs50.com, "Baby was also hit with a $1,041,750.32 lien on his Miami Beach mansion in November, by Zankey Construction Company for unpaid work on that property."

This goes to show that some celebrities also face financial burden and their experiences will always remind them that home ownership is not a joke.
