Matt Kemp Net Worth: San Diego Padres All-Star Lists Spring Training House in Paradise Valley for $3.5 Million

Matt Kemp just listed his Paradise Valley home for $3.5 million. Although he was recently traded last December from the Los Angeles Dodgers to the San Diego Padres, it looks like he is on the move once again in terms of his residence, according to Los Angeles Times.

His former home has a beautifully built circular driveway made even more beautiful with a fountain. The single-floor property was originally built in 1999. It is further accentuated with vaulted interiors with walls made of glass.

The interiors were made with polished steel accents, customized lighting fixtures, and had as much as 20 flat screen televisions. Apart from the these multitude of flat screen TVs, Kemp’s former house also boasts of its own entertainment room with a stadium type seating arrangement. It also has a game room complete with its very own wine storage facility and a wet bar designed with a waterfall.

It also features a complete chef’s kitchen, a steam room, a massive 60 feet pool, its own spa facilities, a gas fire pit, a huge barbecue grill, a gazebo, and its own sports court. Plus, one of the mansion’s bathrooms have mirrors installed on the walls.

The property spans over 6,700 square feet. It has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, customized closets, a master suite, and a unique two-way fireplace.

For the house’s exterior, it boasts of 1.32-acre spacious grounds.

According to AZ Luxury Home Blog, Kemp’s Paradise Valley property, which also served as a training pad, is actually being considered as the neighborhood’s ultimate bachelor pad. With its complete amenities and facilities, it is a perfect venue for hosting wild, crazy, and highly entertaining parties, which is something the All-Star athlete might be used to.

Back when Kemp was still playing for the Dodgers, he batted .287 with 25 home runs as well as 89 RBIs for 150 games. Now that he is in the outfield for the Padres, he is joined by Wil Myers and Justin Upton.

Apart from being part of well-secured community, Kemp’s former house is made even safer with security cameras installed all throughout the property.

Kemp actually purchased the Paradise Valley property back in 2010 for $2.05 million after his fifth season with the LA Dodgers. The house is now on the market with Daniel Williams of Sunbelt Realty & Business Advisors as the listing agent.
