Manny Pacquiao Net Worth Update: 'Pacman' Tours Family in New Beverly Hills Mansion [Videos]

Manny Paquiao, in just a little over one month, is about to double his net worth of $110M by reaping around $120M gain from Manny Paquiao VS Floyd Mayweather Megafight, as reported in the Daily Mail. Pacman takes a break from training and tours his family in their new Beverly Hills Mansion, as seen in the GMA Network video report by Connie Sison and Mark Zambrano.

Manny even visited the former home of Diddy before his family arrived in the U.S, as reported by Dyan Castillejo in a video report of balitangamerica.tv.

So, what's the verdict?

Manny's wife, Jinkee, and his kids were happy with their new home. They also liked the features Manny liked in the said home, as reported here in RealtyToday.

Jinkee particularly liked the color combination of white and grey, she tells GMANetwork. She said it looks immaculate, and that's important to her. It may be noted that their LA Mansion featured in MTV Cribs also had the same combination.

She also liked the kitchen and even commented that she might be able to cook meals for Manny from now on. Jinkee also liked the security that the gated-community of The Summit offers, as told to GMANetwork. Jinkee relates to the reporters that his boys loved the $200,000 home theater.

The girls were a delight to watch, as shown in the GMANetwork video. Obviously, they were more than happy to see their new home. They particularly liked the saltwater swimming pool, their bedrooms and the home theater. They even wanted to move in that day!

Jinkee told Sison that Manny will eventually retire and part of his plans is to stay in the US for longer periods of time.

Then, Jinkee was too overwhelmed and started to cry in the middle of the interview. She remembered they started from almost nothing. She was grateful to Manny for the house, but more than that, she was thankful for his husband's thoughtfulness and his efforts in providing their needs. She told the reporters that this house is a blessing from God.

When asked if he would change anything in their home, Manny said that he is content and satisfied with everything. He told Zambrano that he is just happy that his family is happy, whole and united.

Jinkee confirmed to GMANetwork that the family plans to tranfer this first week of April so that they could enjoy their new home at least one month before they go to Las Vegas for the Manny VS Floyd fight.

Elsa Nelson, the listing agent for the property confirmed that they will deliver the house fully-furnished for $12.5M, reports The Inquirer. "The asking price was just for the house but they negotiated to include everything inside the house," Nelson said.

However. Nelson also negotiated for 4 tickets to the May 2 Megafight--- Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Paquiao. The owners confirmed this deal to The Inquirer. "Yes, we are going to see the fight of the century," said seller Gail Dauer, who asked for tickets for her, her husband, Roger, and their daughter and son-in-law. Each ticket cost around $1,500 to $7,500, notes The Inquirer.

Nick Enciso, Pacman's agent, told The Inquirer that he is expediting paperwork so Manny and his family could live in their new house by first week of April.

In the video report of balitangamerica.tv, the owners told Castillejo that Puff Daddy formerly bought this home for Jennifer Lopez, or JLo when they were dating. They also informed balitangamerica.tv that Jane Seymour designed the interior of the Beverly Hills mansion.
