‘Minecraft’ Downloads & Updates: Title Update 22, CU 10 for Xbox One, Xbox 360 Released

Just a month since "Minecraft" developer 4J Studios released the Title Update 21, a new patch has come out to fix the bugs and glitches. The patch update is already available for download for both Xbox One and Xbox 360.

The famous video game, which aims to create and build things out of textured cubes in a three-dimensional world, got an upgrade with the arrival of the Title Update 22.

The patch was developed to address numerous problems the players encountered as they downloaded and installed TU21, which came out on Feb. 21.

The bugs and glitches the new update hoped to resolve were listed by The Fuse Joplin and are enumerated below:

  • "Incorrect placement of the pistons"
  • "Incorrect Lapis Lazuli texture"
  • "Incorrect mining animation"
  • "Passive mobs farther than 32 blocks away and continued moving"
  • "Fire never extinguishes if Fire Spreads are disabled"
  • "Leads/Horses need rust Player update"
  • "Falling through the ground while riding a boat on land"

Players using the Xbox 360 could now install the patch called Title Update 22, while those who have the Xbox One should install the CU10 to fix the glitches.

Aside from the problems encountered by the players with the game ever since the TU21 was installed, a new DLC pack was made to add color as you play the game.

According to Game Spot, for a small price, one could purchase the "Pattern Texture Pack" and install it to add brightness to the colors of the game. This is the solution for those who find the game too dark even after adjusting their screens.

However, the new DLC do not only add brightness but also allows the players to design their Minecraft projects with "beautiful patterns and knitted animals." The update could be added to both new and past creations.

The "Pattern Texture Pack" is available for all versions of the video game for only ¢ 0.99, including the PlayStation version.

Aside from this, another DLC was made available for PlayStation users. The Mass Effect "Mash-Up Pack" is a crossover of sorts as it would allow players' world to expand and explore the Mars Facility seen in "Mass Effect 3" by Bioware, said an article in the PlayStation Blog.

The new pack would also give players 36 new character skins and 22 music tracks to add variety to their creations.

Meanwhile, a documentary about the beginnings of "Minecraft" recently came out. Dubbed as "Minecraft: The Story of Mojang," it would give viewers a glimpse of how the game started and what's next for it.
