'The Bold and the Beautiful' Star Hunter Tylo Selling Sherman Oaks for $1.8 Million

"The Bold and the Beautiful" star Hunter Tylo is selling her Sherman Oaks home for $1.8 Million, reports Variety.

The listing agent is reportedly Ricardo Pardo of the HomeSmart NGC, Inc. Based from its listing announced on Trulia, the TV soap star's two-storey single family home has five bedrooms and six full baths. The listing also stated that the home measures 3,668 sq. ft. resting on a lot having an area of 5,793 sq. ft. An estimated cost of $8,650 mortgage monthly payment for the $1.8M house can also be seen on the listing.

According to Variety, the property also has a couple of gas fireplaces, a formal living room, dining room, den, and a two - car garage. The outlet noted that although it was built in 2004, it was only in July 2006 that the actress bought it for $1.585M. Now, she is listing it as a short sale, which means, that "Tylo owes more on the property than its current market value and/or asking price," explains Variety.
