‘Frozen 2’ Release Date & Trailer: Anna To Have Own Power? Elsa Paired With Jack Frost? More Plot Theories Surface! [Rumors]

Ever since it was confirmed that Elsa and Anna would return for "Frozen 2," fans of the Arendelle duo have been greatly anticipating what's next for the sisters. While Disney has yet to reveal details of the sequel, many fans were not shy and have already shared their speculations and wish list for the upcoming movie.

Numerous theories have risen in light of the announcement of the second film. One story fans would like to see is the crossover of another character to the film, reported Master Herald.

Since Anna was able to find his Prince Charming, some think it's about time Else finds his too; and who else best to pair the Snow Queen with than Jack Frost himself.

Aside from an additional love interest, the website has also mentioned the possibility that in the sequel, it would be revealed that Elsa is not the only one who has superpowers in the family, but Anna as well.

It was further noted that Anna's strength may mirror her sister's in effect. If Elsa is powerful enough to bring autumn and winter, Anna would have the power to bring spring and summer.

Disney Theory further noted several proofs that could show Anna's powers in the sequel. The site listed all the times the younger princess exhibited superhuman strength in the first film as evidence of her unrealized power.

One instance was when Anna threw a stone bust while dancing to "For The First Time In Forever", which ended up on top of the cake for the party. The superhuman strength was once again manifested when she threw a sack filled with carrots and axes to Kristoff.

Another example was when she knocked down the Marshmallow Snow monster that went after her, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf by pulling down a tree.

While these incidents seem enough proof that Anna is strong enough, it remains to be seen in the upcoming film if she would indeed come out with powers of her own.

Meanwhile, fans would have to wait for three more years to see the sisters in action as it was announced that the movie would be released on 2018.

While it might seem a big pressure for the studio to come out with something that would top its first movie, fans need not worry as Disney is determined to ensure that the sequel would not disappoint.

Speaking to The Telegraph, Disney CEO Robert Iger promised, "We're not demanding speed. We're demanding excellence."
