Current generation consoles would soon have another car race game to watch out for. News have come out that "F1 2015" is arriving soon and would bring with it an exciting and updated game experience to players.
Fans of the popular race game, which is based on the real life Formula One racing tournament, would soon be able to get their hands on the video game. Its developer, Codemasters, revealed that the famous game would arrive to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 12, reported Sutton Guardian.
The launch date came as a surprise to many followers of the franchise. Codemasters is known to release an "F1" game every autumn of the year and this earlier-than-usual launch is a new thing for them.
It is reported that the early launch date is the company's way of making it up to current generation console users. The 2014 version of the video game was released but was not made available to the latest consoles out in the market, which left many unable to enjoy the game.
The expansion to current generation consoles would also benefit the company in the sense that many others would be able to get their hands on the game.
In spite of the early release date, Codemasters promised an upgraded playing experience for the gamers. Many enhancements would accompany the "F1 2015" once it launches in June.
A report in Master Herald detailed some of the upgrades that players could experience in the new video game.
Among the things players would enjoy are the upgraded "engine and transmission handling," tire physics, and aerodynamics that would be at work in the cars.
Aside from those, the game would also introduce new brands of cars as well as licensed drivers to play. Reports claim that the new characters would be drivers who joined the 2014 Formula One World Championship.
To add a realistic feel to the game, the "F1 2015" would come with a "spectacular visual fidelity" and game broadcast that would give players the "unique race day atmosphere of a Grand Prix, complete with podium and grid sequences."
To save on game time and focus on the driving, players would now be able to give commands to race engineers with the use of "in-game voice commands" as well.
Gamers familiar with the real Formula One tournament would be able to play in two modes: the Championship Season and Pro Season mode.
The "F1 2015" would come out on June 12 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
