Jessica Alba may not have decided to sell her Beverly Hills home but she did opt to list the property for rent with a monthly fee of $12,000. The “Dark Angel” joined the ranks of celebrities who decided to enter the real estate industry.
This third-floor property is actually a contemporary home that was originally built in 1980. It spans over 2,286 square feet of updated living space with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Renters can even use a Miele coffee machine that comes with the package.
It has a game room facility on its ground floor that is complete with a pool table, its own bar, and an 80-inch flat screen television. It also boasts of a breathtaking view of the city.
According to The Los Angeles Times, this particular property last changed hands in 2002 for a price of $1.1 million, as indicated in public records. The leasing agent that the actress has chosen to work with is Mark Alba from Alba Realty.
The 33-year-old “Fantastic Four” star has had a long slate of movie and television credits including “The Spoils of Babylon,” which came out just last year. She also starred in “Flipper” in 1990 and “The Secret World of Alex Mack” in 1994.
Being the busy person that she is, Alba tends to fly very frequently from one place to another. Despite her busy schedule, she never neglects to show up looking fashionable and chic. She was actually recently spotted arriving in LA from a business trip in Nashville.
She looked absolutely stylish in a scoop-neck T-shirt, teal-colored cardigan, skinny jeans, and ankle boots made of leather. She completed her ensemble with a leather jacket, which Daily Mail claimed to be her favorite piece of clothing.
To accessorize her look, she brought with her a studded leather handbag and an expensive-looking suitcase. Although she may have been exhausted as she was fresh off the plane, she looked completely savvy especially with her locks parted in the middle and very light makeup.
She actually even posted a snapshot on social media of her designer boots while she was still on the plane. She was on her flight from Tennessee’s capital where she was among the speakers at the Growco conference. It was a gathering for entrepreneurs, authors, and business leaders where everyone can share their “proven strategies” for helping the “company grow and thrive.”
