The home is so grand that TMZ referred to it as "maybe the best house in LA". The property is also regarded as arguably the most iconic modern estate in the city.

It is nestled on a 2.3 acres of lot on Holmby Hills adjacent the infamous Playboy Mansion. The house, which goes by the name "The Brody House," was purchased by the host comedian extraordinaire for $40 million.
Oprah Winfrey's Montecito Mega Mansion
America's Queen of Talk reportedly owns an $85 million California mansion as per TheRichest.com. The luxury estate has six bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, with 10 fireplaces to go with them. It also features a theater room and a lake where her exotic fish collection can be found.
The "23,000-square foot Georgian-style manse sits on over 40 acres" of land, and was nicknamed "The Promised Land". Oprah purchased it in 2001 for $50 million according to Forbes.
Robin Williams' Napa Valley Home
Each of us will remember the man for his different movie roles that have left the most lasting impressions. He will surely be missed, and here's one of the real estate properties the great man once lived in.
The "Bicentennial Man" and "Dead Poets Society" lead man owned a 640-acre Napa Valley estate "tucked into the Mayacamas Mountains between Napa and Sonoma" says Forbes. It has a 20,000 square foot suite with five beds. It also features 18.4 acres of vineyards and a temperature-controlled wine cellar.

Heidi Klum's Charming Villa
It was a love at first sight for the "America's Got Talent" judge and supermodel Heidi Klum, when she first laid her eyes on this Tuscan-style estate in Brentwood, as per TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. The 8.4 acres of luxury land, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, exudes utmost privacy and a relaxing ambiance. Heidi got hold of this California home back in 2010 for $14.2 million as a repossessed property.
The 12,300 square foot home was listed in 2014 with an asking price of $25 million. It has eight bedrooms and 10 baths plus a media room, a wine cellar, and an infinity pool.
Spelling's $150 Million Manor
Back in 2011, Candy Spelling, widow of TV producer Aaron Spelling, listed the property for a whopping $150 million, but eventually sold it to "British socialite Petra Ecclestone, 22, the daughter of Formula 1 billionaire Bernie Ecclestone" for just $85 million, says the LA Times.
The Holmby Hills estate has a 56,500 square-foot home, four garages, an orchard, swimming pool, tennis court, skating rink, and a bowling alley, as per TheRichest. It is one of the priciest homes in the country to date.
