Wrestler Hulk Hogan's wife is hoping to cash in on her Simi Valley Estate which is now on the market.
According to the LA Times, the former wife of the strongman has put the property for sale at $5.5 million. With a Tuscan-inspired theme, the home -- called Villa di Montagna -- spans 6,300-square-feet and incorporates the remodels done by Linda Hogan. The new home owner will enjoy the features of the residence that now has stone walls, a stone fireplace, coffered ceilings as well as intricate wood work and details.
Included in the nearly 24-acre home is a 2,500-tree avocado orchard (producing 60,000 pound of fruit annually), gym, swimming pool with waterfall, vineyard and one-acre private lake. With such a massive property, the sale also comes with a John Deere tractor and a club membership to the exclusive Wood Ranch Golf & Country Club where the home is located.
Yahoo! notes that the former Mrs. Hogan purchased the piece of real estate following her 2010 divorce.
The interiors offer everything a home would need, from a family room adorned with a large antique chandeliers, high-ceilinged dining room, a home gym and tanning bed, to name a few highlights.
WWE 2K, WWE 2K15
With Hulk's long-standing involvement with the WWE video games, the wrestler spoke a bit about the new DLC pack and game updates for WWE 2K15.
The 61-year-old shared his thoughts on how far technology and wrestling video games have advanced.
"Well, what it says to me is that we're just now figuring out the future. This is just the beginning. Can you imagine 10 more years from now what's going to be going on with video games and the kind of craziness we can do? It's just amazing how much traction we've got and how far we've come, so I'm really looking forward to the next 10 years with WWE and 2K."
He notes the opportunity the games have provided fans in terms of having "a chance to vicariously live through these video games, because they're so realistic."
With regards to the WWE 2K15's "2K Showcase: Path of the Warrior" DLC. Hogan believes the biggest challenge for gamers has to be Rick Rude. "Well, I think Rick Rude was never given his due," he admitted.
"I think it's going to be the Warrior's biggest challenge, to tell you the truth. They were so similar and so much alike, but I actually think that Rick Rude was stronger in some aspects. Apparently, no one in the dressing room could beat him at arm wrestling. So, you carry that into the ring and lock up with Rick Rude, and you're definitely going to have a tough day at the office."
The estate is priced at $5.5 million is listed by Coldwell Banker Previews International.
