'Call of Duty: Black Ops 3' 2015 Trailer & Release Date: Gameplay & Player Details Revealed [Rumors]

Activision has just confirmed that its 2015 "Call of Duty" title will be "Black Ops 3." Treyarch's massive success with the sub-franchise has pretty much guaranteed that its newest title will be an installment for the series.

Realty Today reported earlier that "Black Ops 3," which follows the second title released in 2012, will be unveiled this month on April 26.

In a report by MP1ST, new details have surfaced regarding the possible gameplay we'll see in the upcoming game. Per sources, we could see a lot of robotic and cybernetics in the highly-anticipated title.

Based on the post of YouTube's TheLongSensation (video below) the game will incorporate the EVO (Evolved Variable Operator) program and involve a "handful elite soldiers in Black Ops 3's setting" where combatants will make use of cybernetics.

The publication continues to report that per the video:

TheLongSensation's source goes on to say that the cybernetics will allow soldiers to dash and slide while in combat, but they'll be unable to vertical boost-jump the way soldiers do in Sledgehammer Games' Advanced Warfare. This is allegedly in order to preserve Call of Duty's run-and-gun gameplay. He adds that the cybernetics will also allow soldiers to withstand harsher environments, take more damage, and increase their strength, though it's not clear if this is specific to single player or multiplayer gameplay.

All of this will follow the game's focus on testing the boundaries of humanity when it comes to new technology.
