Former USC Offensive Lineman Winston Justice Lists Florida Home at $4.5M

The 30-year-old, former USC offensive lineman starter in the 2003 Trojans' national championship team Winston Justice, lists his Florida home on the market for 4.5M, reports Los Angeles Times.

Justice's home in Naples, built in 2013, was reportedly designed by Stofft Cooney. Located in Escada, the Mediterranean-inspired estate will amaze new homeowners with pristine and well-manicured golf course lawns, notes LA times.

The Escada estate was only bought by the offensive tackle player for less than $2 million of its listing price today, says Realtor.com. The recently built home that served as a home for Justice in just over a year covers more than 5600 sq.ft. of space. Aside from having four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, the contemporary property features a master bedroom with a relaxing view of the swimming pool and a his-and-hers vanities, and magnificent chandelier, Realtor.com adds.

Outside, one may relax in the patio and savor the comforting atmosphere heightened by nearby palm trees, offering a tropical vibe. Homeowners may invite guests to have a cook and dine fest in the outdoor kitchen equipped with a shaded seating area for a cozy dining experience.

The Homeowners Association dues of around $2000 would cover several amenities like a play in the gold-courses, fitness center, dining area and transportation service to the beach, Realtor.com explains.

Chris P. Resop of Premier Sotheby's International Realty handles the listing of Juctice's home, says LA Times.

Justice had played with several NFL teams during the course of his career, according to NFL.com. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2006 but started the game with the Eagles in 2007. In 2012, he began playing with the Indianapolis Colts. A year after that, he was seen sporting the Denver Broncos' uniform. However, in Aug 2014, the Broncos released 11 players from their line-up, including Justice who just entered the team, replacing the injured Ryan Clady, reports ESPN.

Since the latter part of 2014, Justice has become a free agent, and until now, an unsigned professional football player.

Although Justice is taking a break now from the NFL games, without a team to play for, he has a family that appreciates his presence now, more than ever. He is gifted with a supportive, thoughtful but assertive wife and precious children.

"I have a great wife that is really understanding but she doesn't mind telling me that you need to come home (laughs), We already have stuff planned and I'm giving that whole afternoon to my family and kids, " Justice said, in his 2012 interview with the Indianapolis Colts Football blog.
