One Direction New Song Disses Zayn Malik? No, 1D Members Express What They Felt After Split!

The One Direction boys are reportedly already busy working on their next album. According to reports, they plan to write at least one song that will be about Zayn Malik’s decision to quit the band.

“Zayn’s departure has definitely lit a fire under their butts,” a source told Hollywood Life. “They are even toying with a song inspired by Zayn quitting the band.”

Rumors about the other boys dissing Malik because he opted to leave the band on such short notice quickly surfaced. Despite all those rumors, it would appear that Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan have no plans of making a “diss track” and calling him “out by name.”

“The discussions have just been about channeling the emotions surrounding the situation in to a song,” the source added. “You write what you know and his leaving was a big moment in their lives. They will just not let their first album without Zayn fail.”

According to the source, Tomlinson was the one who keeps reminding them they must make sure that they upcoming album will be a fantastic one. “His beef with Naughty Boy has him incredibly motivated,” the source said. “They know that there is a lot riding on it and are giving it all they got.”

Just yesterday, he posted a picture on Instagram showing himself with Payne and captioned it with, “1st day back writing!”

The official website of the band’s management also released a new official photo of the all-new One Direction. According to Billboard, the remaining foursome looked pretty sad as they did not have their usual smiles on their faces. The report said that they looked like they had a lot of emotions brewing within them and they had no idea how to deal with the situation.

This new photo will surely be another bump in the road for fans who have a bit of a hard time since Malik left the band for good. When Amy Schumer took to the stage at the recent 2015 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, she joked about Hillary Clinton being chosen to replace Malik in the band. When fans got wind of this joke, many posted on Twitter, “Too soon!”

Furthermore, the official bio of their website now reads, “In April 2015, the band started working on their 5th studio album set to be released later in the year.” Once the album is launched, many fans expect it to take a more melancholic tone.
