Grammy Award winner Colbie Caillat has just sold her Hidden Hills Home for $6.2M, reports Los Angeles Times.
The multi-platinum singer's home in Santa Barbara features a Mediterranean design. The Hidden Hils home, resting on more than one acre of land, measures 8400 sq.ft. of living space. Caillat's former estate, built in 2013, includes six bedrooms, eight baths and a modern kitchen, the outlet adds.
Young ones and young at heart will enjoy its game room that is equipped with a wet bar and its home theater. Outside, there's a swimming pool which will be a hit this summer, along with a putting green that promises an enjoyable time for the buyers.
The new homeowners wasted no time in buying the celebrity's home that comes with a four-car garage as transactions were done in just over a month, says LA Times. The artist, who won a Grammy for "Lucky," just bought the property in August, adds the outlet.
Truly, the singer-songwriter's personality accepts change as a natural driving force in her life, evident by her short stay in her Hidden Hills home. The actress even admitted this trait on her official website:
"I like change.I have a hard time picking one thing I love. Gypsy Heart sums up everything I am. I love listening to Bob Marley at the beach, while drinking a kale smoothie in my twenty-dollar Target bathing suit with zero makeup. At the same time, I love having my amazing style and hair and makeup team get me ready for shows. Other times, I'll be dancing to dubstep in my dressing room, while drinking Jameson and eating donuts for breakfast. I'm all of those things. Musically, Gypsy Heart has the singer-songwriter style fans have loved all these years, but it's more up-tempo with beats and heavy production on some songs. Combining those two sides was my goal, " says Caillat.
This summer, Caillat will be having "The Girls' Night Out, Boys Can Come Too Tour" in many parts of the country with another famed singer behind "Jar of Hearts", Christina Perri, announced Just Jared. According to Caillat's official website, the tour also features the talent of Rachel Platten, a singer-songwriter known for "1,000 Ships."
