A new photo from the production of "Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" has just been released and Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) looks to be in serious trouble.
Thanks to famed producer Jerry Bruckheimer who unveiled the new still over Twitter, the much-loved pirate is captured and all tied-up.
"Captain Jack is back and we're not letting him go," wrote Bruckheimer on Tuesday regarding the photo showing Depp in his Pirates costume, long hair, mangy beard, mustache and hat, notes E! News.
The photo shows that production is in full swing following the unexpected hand injury of the 51-year-old which required surgery. Fortunately Amber Heard's husband is well enough to begin working as production picked up again while shooting on location in Australia.
"His return depended on his recuperation from surgery and when his physician allowed him to travel. It was entirely dependant on that," told the film's publicist Michael Singer to AAP (via The Sydney Morning Herald).
It's speculated that the injury occurred while the famed actor was at Mick Doohan's luxury Coomera residence driving a go-kart on a private track
