Bruce Jenner's new home, a Malibu hilltop hideout, is ideal for someone who want their privacy as they get away from the hustle-and-bustle of city life.
Jenner, 65, is believed to be enjoying his privacy as he prepares for his debut as a woman through his new docu-series with Diane Sawyer. Now, it seems paparazzi have threatened the former Olympian's quiet sanctuary and Bruce has taken action.
According to a new report published by RadarOnline, LA police were called because the reality star noted some photographers with long lens taking photos of the inside of his home.
In a statement via Radar, Lt. James Royal of the LA County Sheriff' Department said:
"[Bruce Jenner] called because he was concerned and uncomfortable about the number of paparazzi at his home. We talked to [Bruce Jenner] and we talked to the paparazzi and we determined that there was no crime. Everything is ok. Two cars going up there is standard. They spoke to both [Bruce Jenner] and the paparazzi and then left."
In a related report TMZ shared that the use of telephoto lens that will invade a person's privacy is illegal. Last week, The "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" reality star reportedly approached the paparazzi and informed them the next time they're spotted it would be met with police action.
On Tuesday, when the photographers were spotted, Kris Jenner's ex-husband followed through on his promise.
Bruce Jenner has always been in the public eye but in the recent months, especially as the rumors regarding his transition to a woman has reached its peak, all eyes have been on Jenner as the premiere of his Diane Sawyer interview with ABC approaches.
