1. Beverly Hills: $7,662,000
The 1920s Spanish-inspired home in the posh Beverly Hills community was just listed in January, notes the news site. It was only the first time that it was offered in the market. Even before entering the main home, you will be amazed of its landscaping outside. It boasts a courtyard entrance, masterfully-designed gardens and wonderful fountains.
