Joe Manganiello, known for his werewolf character in 'True Blood' and male stripper phenomin "Magic Mike", has listed his Hollywood Hills home for almost $2M or precisely, $1,995,000, reports Los Angeles Times.
The modern home, covering nearly 2,500 sq.ft. of living space, reportedly features four bedrooms and three baths. The Hollywood Hills house which was built in the 1960s, also includes a renovated kitchen, a living and dining complex showcasing an open floor plan and relaxing pool views, a den, and fireplaces, notes the site.
Outside, there is a relaxing swimming pool and a nice fountain to enhance the grounds, LA Times adds. Neat stone craftsmanship outside the house will delight buyers with keen attention to detail. The next owners of the Manganiello home will be interested in inviting guests over for an exciting spa and barbeque party in the more than 10,800 sq.ft. of grounds.

The good-looking "How I Met Your Mother" actor is currently engaged with the "Modern Family" actress, Sofia Vergara, after his successful proposal in December, during their Hawaii vacation, as noted by K Drama Stars. The website noted that Manganiello was very caring of his fiancée when the pair recently attended the CinemaCon 2015 together.
Although the actor is athletic and very manly, he was not afraid to show his affection for Vergara. Recently, the actor posted a photo of him kissing Vergara's movie poster for "Hot Pursuit" on Instagram. The movie also stars Oscar-winning actress, Reese Withersoon.
Aside from selling his house and showing his love for fiancee, Vergara, Joe is also busy promoting the sequel to the highly successful male stripper movie, "Magic Mike XXL." The movie will also star Adam Rodriguez, Matt Bomer and Kevin Nash.
According to Manganiello, there will be "more explosions" in the movie, notes HitFlix.
"Magic Mike XXL" is set to be released in theaters on July 1, 2015.
