Sean Penn, the two-time Oscar-winning actor for his roles in "Milk" and "Mystic River," has listed his Malibu home for $6.55M, reports Los Angeles Times. Built in 1960, the Penn estate has a ranch-inspired look, resting on 1.4 acre of prime Malibu land, describes the site.
Its U-shape form makes the bungalow unique adds LA times. The gated Malibu estate consists of five bedrooms and five baths, showcasing a grand entry and beamed ceilings. The property boasts a very expansive open floor area with its great room covering living, dining and kitchen areas. The Malibu property also includes a maid's room that the new owner may convert to a home office or a store room and a family room that has a direct access to the great room via the kitchen, adds the news outlet.
Outside, you will immediately be in vacation mode while feeling the relaxing scenery brought by proud grown trees amidst wonderfully-landscaped gardens, complemented by the soothing water of the swimming pool. If you have 10 cars, you do not need to worry as the Penn home motorcourt can fit all of them, as mentioned on the site.

Penn was first married to the "Queen of Pop" Madonna, notes US Weekly. He is currently dating actress Charlize Theron.
In an exclusive interview with Esquire UK in March, Penn expressed his thoughts about his past relationships. He said, "I've had relationships that were not with famous people, or people aspiring to be famous. And in some cases they went more poorly! But as it turned out, yes, the two marriages I had were with high-profile people, in their own ways. But my romantic life has not been exclusive to that."
The top-caliber added, "You say I've been married twice before, but I've been married under circumstances where I was less informed than I am today. So I wouldn't even consider it a third marriage, I'd consider it a first marriage on its own terms if I got married again. I mean, I like the tradition. A friend of mine wrote a line, 'Without tradition, new things die.' And I don't want new things to die."
Recently, Theron and Penn were spotted at the GenerationOn event with the actress' son, Jackson, who Penn obviously care for, as seen here in the photo featured on Perez Hilton's blog.
Penn stars in the thriller film "The Gunman" and has also directed Theron in an upcoming romantic movie, "The Last Face," adds US Weekly.
