‘Jurassic World’ Release Date & Trailer: Steven Spielberg Says ‘JP4’ is Like Seeing Park ‘Come True’

“Jurassic World” will be showing in big screens on June 12 and the hype and anticipation for the movie continue to grow.

In a special featurette, Steven Spielberg, the director who was behind the original, “Jurassic Park,” said that “To see ‘Jurassic World’ come to life is almost like seeing ‘Jurassic Park’ come true.”

In the video, movie makers who have worked with the franchise were also pretty nostalgic while sharing their experiences. “It was a breakthrough movie,” producer Frank Marshall said. “Seeing it live for the first time was extraordinary.”

Meanwhile, Ty Simpkins said that when he saw the original “Jurassic Park” movie for the first time, he knew right away that he wanted to be part of it, and he did.

Meanwhile, the lead actor of the upcoming “Jurassic World,” Chris Pratt, enjoyed every second of filming and he marveled at how big the movie is going to be.

“Every now and then, on set, we would take a moment to look at each other – very light under our breath – be, like, ‘What are we doing here?’” he said. “‘This is kind of crazy.’ We kind of feel, like, we snuck into the party.”

“Jurassic Park” was an unforgettable dinosaur blockbuster that revolutionized movie effects. Everyone who saw it will always remember the time when the T-Rex, short for Tyrannosaurus Rex, first made an appearance, causing a cup full of water to shake. Colin Trevorrow, the director of the upcoming blockbuster, has revealed that he wants to bring the audience that same sort of thrill.

“The T-Rex that is in the film is the T-Rex from the original ‘Jurassic Park,’” Trevorrow told Slash Film. “She is 22 years older, but she is not limping around.” He also revealed that he and the rest of the team have decided to tighten the iconic dinosaur’s skin, giving her a “feeling of, like, an older Burt Lancaster.” “Jurassic World” will reportedly be “her ‘Unforgiven.’”

Moreover, he also revealed that, apart from the massive T-Rex, the film will also be featuring some new dinosaurs that have never been seen in the franchise’s three previous flicks, according to Digital Trends. Among these new dinos will be a unique underwater dinosaur that has been shown in the film’s teaser trailers. It will be called Ankylosaurus. Of course, the Diabolous-Rex will also be featured.

As previously mentioned, “Jurassic World” will premiere on June 12 and it will be set on Isla Nublar. This is actually the very same island setting that was used in the original film. The new film will show the park as fully operational.
