Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are allegedly heading for a shotgun wedding.
The couple has been dating for only six months now, according to US Weekly, but news of an engagement has just surfaced and has now been a common topic among online news sources.
Rumor has it that the “Twilight” star may have gotten FKA Twigs pregnant. Although pregnancy rumors have always followed celebrity couples, the one that is hovering over RPatz and FKA Twigs is getting more interesting.
A few days ago, FKA Twigs' stylist Karen Clarkson posted a photo on Instagram, showing the singer as she was lounging quite comfortably inside a bath tub. Some claimed that in the picture, FKA Twigs was deliberately trying to cover up her abdominal area or maybe she was just covering up her private parts.
Citing a report from Star Magazine, The Stir noted that earlier this month, fans saw FKA Twig's alleged baby bump during a performance at Coachella. “Many in the audience noticed what seemed like a baby bump,” and that, "When she was not performing, Rob was always around her – acting super-protective.”
Furthermore, Celebrity Dirty Laundry has reported that FKA Twigs was sober during the festival. The couple also fueled pregnancy rumors when they were spotted leaving the Century City Medical Plaza in Los Angeles, the entertainment news source added. To date, no one has opted to clear the air about their recent hospital visit. After all, they could have gone to see the doctor for another reason – not necessarily pregnancy-related.
The report has also pointed out that FKA Twigs seems to enjoy the attention of paparazzi. That said, her fans, as well as some members of the press, are a bit surprised that she has remained mum about the recent speculations – assuming that the pregnancy rumors are actually true.
Furthermore, Daily Mail reported that FKA Twigs wants to have children. Although this may be true, her loyal fans are doubtful that they may want to have one right now – considering that her career is just taking off.
It would certainly seem that Pattinson and FKA Twigs are being followed around by different kinds of rumors lately. In fact, a new one has just surfaced, pointing out that the “Water for Elephants” actor might want to take an added protective measure for his fortune before he gets married. According to the rumor mill, he still has trust issues after he found out that Kristen Stewart was fooling around with “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders.
“Robert is putting serious consideration into inserting a pre-nup agreement in place for his marriage to FKA Twigs,” a source revealed to Hollywood Life. “There is, obviously, a big difference in the wealth both Robert and FKA Twigs have attained in their careers. He is worried about losing his millions, should they ever divorce. He just wants to protect himself from the worst case scenario.”
