Kylie Jenner's BF, Tyga in Trouble Over Unpaid Rent

Tyga may have gotten himself in trouble over unpaid rent in Calabasas, reports TMZ.

A landlord, who owns a property in the posh Calabasas neighborhood, claims that the artist has not paid him a massive amount of back rent for a house that Tyga allegedly rented five years ago.

TMZ says the landlord's legal judgment had an initial amount of $90K in back rent.

However, Tyga, famed for his songs "Dope", "Rack City" and "Molly", allegedly, did not pay a single dollar for the judgment, which made the lessor pursue the case further. TMZ notes that Tyga may now be forced to go back to court.

Last month, Tyga had already been served with the legal papers as a demand to appear in the hearing of this case, and the summons were delivered during his own sneaker event, notes Page Six. Yet, the recording artist chose not to show up in court, which obviously irritated the owner.

Tyga's camp, through the rapper's lawyer, did its best to appease the landlord's anger by giving a check written by Tyga for the other camp's lawyer fee amounting to $1090, TMZ adds. But what happened next pissed off the landlord even more because Tyga's recently issued check allegedly bounced. This seemingly lack of money did not pass the landlord's observant nature because he saw the rapper's post on Instagram, less than a week after the hearing. It was a photo showing "stacks of hundred dollar bills."

The landlord is now demanding $124k, including interest, according to TMZ. The landlord also gave a stern warning that if Tyga fails to comply, he would then be subjected to an arrest warrant due to his failure to appear in court previously, when he was legally summoned.

Meanwhile, Kylie and Tyga, who reportedly broke up because according to rumors, Kylie did not like how Tyga composed his text messages to ex, Blac Chyna, seemed to be back in each other's arms, Hollywood Life reports. The two were seen by Hollywood Life sources sharing a romantic picnic before the artist's concert at the California State University.

"They were holding hands as they walked to the track on campus where they had an intimate picnic. It was quite lovely. I couldn't hear what they were talking about, but she was smiling, laid back and laughing. She had her feet on his lap while they ate on the grass, and a few times, I saw her wiping his face with his napkin," an eyewitness told the entertainment outlet exclusively.
