Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) star Scotty 2 Hotty, known also as a member of the Too Cool tag team, is now a real estate agent, reports TMZ.
The former wrestler proudly told the entertainment site that he passed his required realtor licensure exam at his first attempt. That's pretty impressive, indeed!
Now, he did not just score well on his test, he even applied what he knew about selling real estate properties immediately as he reportedly just got a deal with a famous major entertainment star. The news site states that the wrestler-turned-realtor is so focused on his new job, that he has already started working on houses in Celebration, Florida. Now, he is representing another WWE superstar, Mick Foley, who is looking for a new home.
Aside from being a real estate agent, the outlet notes that Scotty 2 Hotty is also a licensed fireman but it seems he is now enjoying his new job more, probably even more than his previous work as a wrestler.
His chosen profession would not surprise another muscular man, the "Terminator 5: Genisys" star Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was an esteemed speaker in a real estate summit held in Brisbane, as reported on NorthWestStar. Schwarzenegger, a famous action star turned politician, admitted to the realtors in front of him during the event that he earned his first big money in real estate, and not in show business.
"My first million dollars came from real estate, not from the movies," Schwarzenegger said, as reported on NorthWestStar. The site also noted that the action star shared his experiences in purchasing and selling Santa Monica apartment units from his bodybuilding competitions earnings.
He added, "I just want you to know that real estate is always one great profession ... and the best investment you can get into is real estate, so congratulations to all of you."
There will be many challenges along the way that could pose too much weight on a realtor's shoulders such as how to market a property well, how to effectively close a deal, how to approach and open up with clients, how to meet the expectations of sellers, and many more.
In this profession, an agent would expect lots of inquiries from interested buyers but only few will say yes and close the deal. Thus, lots of patience and hard work is also needed in being a realtor.
So for choosing this path, congrats and more power, Scotty 2 Hotty!
