Ever since it was announced that "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F" hit theaters in Japan, overseas fans of the animated film have been eager to see it as well. Reports came out that the studio behind the popular anime has already set an international release for the film in countries other than Japan including the United States.

The latest film from the "Dragon Ball Z" series was released in Japanese theaters on April 18 and experienced a huge box-office success. During the screening event, it was revealed that the film would be shown in 74 countries in the next few months, reported Anime News Network.

Fans of the animated series located in Asia would get first dibs in the film as it was reported that "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F" would hit theaters in the said region beginning May.

According to Ecumenical News, viewers located in Hong Kong and Taiwan are set to see Goku and friends in the big screen as early as May 1. Meanwhile, other countries including the United States would get to see the film in the next months.

A special advanced screening of the film was shown in the Egyptian Theater in Los Angeles, California on April 11. Funimation Entertainment in cooperation with TOEI Animation and 20th Century Fox hosted the event to a select few. At that time, it was shown with English subtitles only.

However, as the film heads to an international release, English dubbing is already in development. The Inquistr reported that voice actors from previous "Dragon Ball Z" films would return to lend their voices to the characters once again.

Sean Schemmel would be behind Goku, while Vegeta would be voiced by Chris Sabat. Chris Ayres, who was last heard in "Dragon Ball Z Kai" as Frieza, would return to voice Goku's most famous enemy.

Other fan favorite characters, such as Piccolo, Trunks, and Gohan, would also be seen in the Japanese animated movie.

The 19th film in the "Dragon Ball Z" series, the "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F," would see the revival of Frieza with the help of his minions and the power of the dragon balls. Frieza would return to exact revenge from Goku and Trunks, who he blames for his death.

The latest animated film is set to hit U.S. theaters this summer. However, no exact date has been given yet. The movie would be shown in both 2-D and 3-D theaters.
