Kelly Osbourne, the former co-host of "Fashion Police," has sold her Hollywood Hills home for almost $2M, while the property next to it, owned by her sister, Aimee, is still on the market for the same amount, reports Los Angeles Times.
Kelly owns the larger home and it was actually undergoing renovation and upgrades when it was sold, adds LA Times. Aimee's house is reportedly in escrow.
Kelly's recently sold property measures more than 2500 sq.ft. and is resting on about a quarter of an acre. Kelly's house has a contemporary appeal that includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each of the Osbourne homes has a swimming pool in store for the new owners, says the news outlet.
LA Times notes that Kelly Osbourne's listing agents were Jonah Wilson and Stephen Resnick of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate, while Jonathon Nash of the same real estate agency was the buyer's agent.
Will Kelly be back on 'Fashion Police'?
The 30-year-old singer-actress, who also appeared on the reality show "The Osbournes", left "Fashion Police" in February 2015 after being part of the show for five years. According to Yahoo Celebrity, Kelly found co-host Giuliana Rancic's joke about her friend Zendaya's Oscars hair offensive. Giuliana has since apologized for her remarks.
"Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers. Fashion Police will return, as scheduled, on Friday, March 30th at 9:00 p.m. and no decisions have been made on her replacement," the network said in a statement, as reported by Entertainment Weekly.
Recently, Susan Levison, exec vp original programming and production at VH1, announced that the planned reboot of "The Osbournes" will not push through anymore. "We are no longer talking to the Osbournes about a series; that's not going to happen. We wish we could have worked it out, but it just didn't come together for us. The family has been absolutely lovely and we wish them the best. We'd love to figure out a way to work with them at some point in the future, " Levison told The Hollywood Reporter.
What's Next for Kelly?
In an interview with Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson on The Kyle And Jackie O Show, Kelly somehow hinted a possible comeback to the "Fashion Police," as reported by Daily Mail. Kelly said in the interview that "she would 'never say never' to a Fashion Police reunion," notes Daily Mail.
Kelly added, "Honestly, what it was, I had the best five years of my working career ever working on Fashion Police, I learned so much.
"Joan [Rivers] was a hero of mine and it was such an honour to spend every single week for 52 weeks a year for five and a half years with her. I will forever be grateful and I can never ever - I can't even thank E! enough for giving me that opportunity."
But, is she ready to work with Giuliana again? We'll find out soon enough.
