Popstar Miley Cyrus has purchased a new home outside Los Angeles. The property, according to Zillow is a horse ranch spanning 5.5 acres.The news of the new real estate venture comes after a series of reported break-ins in the "Wrecking Ball" singer's Toluca Lake home.
The former fiancé of "The Hunger Games" actor Liam Hemsworth has reportedly dropped $4.037 million for the Hidden Hills estate that includes a 6,500 square foot home complete with 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and an open, loft-style living area floor space. The country-inspired home is reminiscent of her Tennessee roots but of course, comes with a number of luxurious features and is all enclosed within a gated community.
In addition to the spacious living space adorned with wood floors, beamed ceilings and French doors, there are a number of other amenities that include a 10-stall horse barn and a 1,000 bottle wine cellar that goes with the estate's Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vineyard.
According to BusinessWire, the ranch was built in 1954 and with its multi-acre size, it's one of the largest parcels of property in the Hidden Hills community. Aside from being a property that allows its owners to reconnect with nature, it also features "panoramic pastoral views."
Within Cyrus' property, horses can be ridden across a one-acre riding arena which has two adjacent paddocks. Other country amenities include a chicken coup with hen house as well as a vegetable and citrus garden. In addition to being a spacious private space, other features of the property offers lot of opportunity to entertain. There's a pool, personal spa, built-in BBQ space, a lanai with cover as well as an outdoor fireplace and numerous trees for a calming view and natural shade.
Other celebrities that have properties in the Hidden Hills area include power couple Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West, singer and songwriter Jessica Simpson as well as Canadian rapper Drake, detailed Variety. Another resident is "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez, who is currently selling her 17,00 square foot compound with a price tag of $ 17 million.
Last month, the controversial "Hannah Montana" alum sold her childhood home in Toluca Lake for $6 million.
The "Party in the USA" singer was represented by The Altman brothers of "Million Dollar Listing LA" as well as Nate Smith.
