Comedian Steve Rannazzisi and his wife, Tracy, have bought an Altadena home for almost $1.8M, reports Los Angeles Times. The listing agent of the property, worth $675K two years ago, is Georges Rouveyrol of Sotheby's International Realty, informs the news site. The Rannazzisis were reportedly represented in the real estate deal by agent Bruce McPherson of the same office.
The 1920s Mediterranean home of the Rannazzisis features architectural details such as arched front door, open floor plan for living and dining complex, wood flooring and soaring ceilings, notes LA Times.
The new home of the comedian who starred in the "Daddy Knows Best" series, covers almost 3,300 sq. ft. of living space and consists of four bedrooms and four baths, the news outlet states. The house boasts a spacious modern kitchen that includes a family area as well as an outdoor kitchen. The indoor kitchen displays the hottest trends of the year--- stainless-steel appliances and marble lined countertops. The Rannazzisi residence also showcases a huge deck which may be suitable for resting, or having a simple lunch with friends while enjoying the view of an infinity-edge swimming pool, LA Times adds.
The actor who grew up in Long Island, studied Theatre and Film at SUNY Purchase, says CC:Stand Up. Initially, Steve got an office job in New York City but eventually, he was able to work at the world-renowned Comedy Store on Sunset Blvd., notes the site. It was in Comedy Store that the actor and show producer Ashton Kutcher saw his performance. With great luck coupled with his talent, Rannazzisi became part of Kutcher's show "Punk'd" and became "one of the audacious cast members toying with celebrities" in the show, CC:Stand Up notes.
However, he is famed for his portaryal of Kevin in the FX series "The League," created by Jeff Schaffer, known for critically-acclaimed and multi-awarded sitcom, "Seinfeld," notes Pop Break. The site describes "The League" as "relatable to audiences" with "five friends competing in a fantasy football league," while literally doing anything to have "The Shiva," the league trophy.
The actor is having a great time with the cast. In fact, in his interview with Time Out, he said, "There was no selfishness, no egos from day one. None of us were coming from anything huge, and none of us knew what this was gonna be. We just knew that we made each other laugh and that we had fun. We just wrapped two days ago, so we're coming off of working together for 70 hours a week for the last five months, and the only way you get through that is if you like the people you work with. That is the most joy we have on the show-we work, we hang out, and we all get along so well."
Fans of Steve may still see him in the seventh and final season of "The League" this fall, and you can also catch him as guest in the next season of "New Girl", according to LA Times.
