Colin Cowherd, a known radio personality, just placed his newly built house in Naples, Florida up for sale. It appears that the host of "The Herd with Colin Cowherd" might be in search of newer pastures now that his former home has been listed with an asking price of $4.25 million.
According to Realtor, the house was originally built on a property that Cowherd previously purchased for $1,325,000 back in 2013. Another house used to stand in its place and was torn down and replaced with the house that Cowherd now put up for sale - one that was designed by Matthew Kragh of MHK Architecture & Planning and constructed by BUILD, one of the premier luxury builders in Naples. The Naples property boasts of a wonderful combination of modern architecture and styles that depict an airy Florida vibe. There is a large swimming pool with a wet bar at the back, massive spaces for patios, and a floor plan that has been kept open. Plus, the master suite, which is found on the property's first floor, has its own spa-like bath and a way that opens directly to the swimming pool.
