Ubisoft is set to release a new "Assassin's Creed" title and from the details fans have seen base on the various leaks that have hit the net over the past few months, the game is going to be quite interesting.
It's been well reported that the ninth installment of the game series is expected to be released later this year, specifically during the last quarter of the year, in time for the year-end holidays. Master Herald reported that the game, titled, "Assassin's Creed Victory" will be set in London during the Victorian Era.
In a new report by TechNewsToday, fans have got a lot to be excited about. Following the massive gameplay leak back in January, we can expect the "Victory" to have enhanced and more polished features than that of "Assassin's Creed: Unity."
Upon "Unity's" release in November, aside from being riddled with bugs, many gamers were disappointed in the final product. Some of the chief complaints users offered included too many micro-transactions, repetitive gameplay and underwhelming combat and co-op action.
The publication went onto analyze that with a settling like 19th century London, the character assassins will have more access to a wider range of gameplay experiences.
In terms of development, the site went on to report, "...the game will be developed in Ubisoft Quebec, therefore, it will have a fresher approach than the previous installments. The first take away footage showed combat on stage, it also showed various other game play innovations that Ubisoft has made."
It is expected that the highly-anticipated new game, "Assassin's Creed: Victory" will be unveiled during the upcoming E3 convention to be held next month.
Massive Content
Ubisoft has been preparing, not only for "Victory" but the succeeding titles for the popular game franchise.
"We've created 500, 600, 700 years worth of history that we hope to start teasing out for the next 10, 20 years or however long we're around. I particularly love the lore. I've been working the past two years, with all the other writers, on getting a great document together on the First Civilization," quoted Latin Post of Darby McDevitta in an earlier article.
The new Ubisoft title is reported to be released in versions compatible to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC gaming.
