De los Santos:No Foreclosure

Millions of foreclosures are happening now in USA, and one California case appears to bring the national attention of the foreclosure process.

Arturo de los Santos, a former Marine in Riverside, has been ordered to leave his home since it was foreclosed on in 2010. However, he refused and accused the bank of wrongly ordering him leave his home.

De los Santos stated that the JPMorgan Chase suddenly stopped accepting his house payments and started the foreclosure proceedings with Freddie Mac, the owner of the loan. While a spokesperson of JPMorgan Chase said he didn't meet the qualifications used by Freddie Mac. He was declined when attempting to discuss with the Freddie Mac, which causing him to move back to stop the foreclosure, according to eforclosuremagazine first reported.

His action is supported by some citizen who is doubtful with Freddie Mac's role in the foreclosure crisis, although the letter of the law isn't on his sides.

To de los Santos and homeowners like him, the worsest thing is Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are not included in the foreclosure fraud agreement.
