"Nikita" star Shane West has recently listed his Tuscan-style house for $1.995 million located in Los Angeles, California.
The 36-year-old's villa comes with four bedrooms and a five-and-a-half-bathrooms is located in the luxurious Hollywood Hills community of Los Angeles, reported Forbes. The lot totals 6,555 square feet and the home, spanning 3,642 square feet was built in 1979.
New residents will enjoy a dual master suite with baths as well as other amenities that include a private gym, billiard room and a self-contained guest residence. There is also a saltwater pool -- with a sun shelf that offers a stunning view of Hollywood's cityscape and roving canyons -- which can be enjoyed with a built-in barbecue and entertainment space.
Shane began his acting career as a teen and guest-starred in a number of television shows that include "Buffy The Vampire Slayer". He was also part of the stage production of "The Cider House Rules" where he played Mark Tapper. The actor's first major role began in 1999 when he played Eli Sammler on the ABC drama "Once and Again."
West's big break came when he played Landon Carter across Mandy Moore in the 2002 adaptation of Nicholas Sparks' "A Walk To Remember." The former "ER" star currently headlines in the WGN American original drama series "Salem" which is inspired by the supernatural 17th-century Massachusetts witch trial.
Aside from acting, West is also a musician and songwriter. During an earlier interview about "A Walk to Remember," About.com noted that the actor was passionate about both music and acting.
"To be honest, what I'd be more passionate about at this second would be music simply because I'm doing what I love which is acting right now. I'm definitely passionate about it (acting) but if I had to go by a fraction of a something, since this is so new, I would definitely lean towards that. I'm not giving up acting, I'm definitely not going to stop. I'm going to do my best to do both and die of an ulcer at age 30. "
Shane purchased the Hollywood Hills property for $1.775 million back in 2006. Edward Faktorovich is the listing agent for the residence.
