Mexican boxer Saul "Canelo" Alvarez has placed his San Diego home on the market with a price tag of nearly $6.5 million.
The residence, located within the Rancho Pacifica, spans 11,970-square-feet with killer Pacific Ocean views, reports Realtor.com. Describing the home as a gorgeous piece of real estate, "It's one of the nicest homes in Rancho Pacifica," confirmed LA based listing agent Mary Heon.
The single-story mansion boasts of high ceilings, raised wooden beams that run across the home. Other features that the new homeowner will enjoy would be the residence's library enormous chef's kitchen with a pizza oven, game room and theater room. The theater room is a sight to behold. with its custom seating and wood paneled walls.

Following his win against James Kirkland earlier this month, the next fight of Alvarez remains unconfirmed. There is speculation he could be pitted against rising star Gennady Golovkin or Floyd Mayweather Jr. who recently bested Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao.
