"The Walking Dead" alum Jon Bernthal and his wife, Erin Angle have listed their Venice cottage with a $1.89 million price tag. The home, built in 1926, is listed under Pardee Properties through their listing agent Tami Pardee, reports the Los Angeles Times.
The quaint and whimsical home English home covers 1,874-square-feet of living space. The two-story property includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The nearly 9-decade-old home has retained its original hardwood floors and also features an elegant curving staircase, a breakfast nook and a wood-burning fireplace.
According to the public records, Bernthal and Angle acquired the English home in 2010 for $1,012,500.
Bernthal became a household name when he joined AMC's hit "The Walking Dead." The 38-year-old actor played the role of Shane Walsh, Rick Grimes' best friend and former partner. The role gained Bernthal a nomation for Breakout Performer (Male) in the Scream Awards in 2011.
Other acting credits under the celebrity's belt include Martin Scorsese film "The Wolf of Wall Street", the 2014 Brad Pitt film "Fury."
"The Walking Dead" and "Fear The Walking Dead"
AMC has announced that the sixth season of "The Walking Dead" will be returning in the fall, specifically on October but its companion series, "Fear the Walking Dead" has no solid release date.
The spinoff show is expected to arrive this summer but per Melty, no specific premiere date has been revealed. The site notes that the new series will be set in Los Angeles and will focus on the early days of the outbreak.
As reported earlier, the new show's episodes have drawn from real life situations including the bath sale "zombie" news along with the Ebola-like virus that made headlines last year.
