At the height of their careers, the Jonas Brothers had girls swooning over their every move and beat. It has been a long time since those days, now the three have been living separately.
According to a new report from the LA Times, the home which has been with the family since 2012 has been sold for $1.8 million. The 1938 Traditional style-home is located in Toluca Lake.
Upon seeing the mansion, the first thing you'll notice is the ivy-covered wrought iron gate. The two-storey property is clad in red brick for the first floor while the higher level is outfitted with white siding. Adding further character, the upper story windows have black shutters accents.
LA Curbed adds that the Disney trio did not actually grow up in the home, but their parents lived on the property since its purchase -- for about three years -- until this recent sale.
With regards to internal decor, florings are made of hardwood with white carpets while the kitchen sports all the latest modern amenities. The other features a fort, gazebo in the backyard, a spacious lawn, mature trees that cover about one third of the entire property.
The vintage home covers 3,467 square feet and houses three bedrooms and three baths. It also includes a formal entry way, open-plan living spaces, a wet bar and offers a homey feel with fireplaces installed in the family and living room areas.
The Jonas Brothers, Kevin 27, Joe 25 and Nick 23 have had major success with the Disney Channel, which spawned several movies. As of late, Nick Jonas has had a middling career, launching his own band Nick Jonas and the Administration which released a self titled album. He also has a guest staring role in the upcoming series, "Scream Queens" led by actress Emma Roberts.
The Jonas' bought the home in 2012 for $1.3 million meaning after a three year stint, they made a cool $500,000 profit off the real estate.
The listing agent for the sale was Gregory Goulet of Keller Williams. The buyer was represented by Paul Figueiredo of Teles Properties.
