Michaels' newly purchased two-storey property sits on 2.6 acres of land and has six bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a powder room. According to a report from blabbermouth.net, the house was built in 1989 and features a library/office, a family room wet bar with its own temperature regulated wine wall, swimming pool, sports court and a gym. The exteriors is made up of lawns and fountains. There's also an outdoor kitchen and fireplace where the rocker's guests can lounge in.
On the other hand, Michaels' gated Calabasas community estate, which is now for sale for 3.649 million, measures 6,797 square feet and features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a couple of half baths. He purchased the property last year for $3.05 million, according to Variety.com. LA Times reports that Michaels' reason for selling the property was his desire for a bigger place.
