The upcoming ABC Family's Recovery Road star and Hollywood A-lister, Mischa Barton, has listed her longtime 90210 compound as reported by Zillow. The 2005 Barton acquired villa has been in the list as a rental since 2010 until her decision to finally put it on sale for $8.9 million. Barton bought the property in 2005 at $6.4 million.
Sitting at a massive 1 hectare land area, the villa has a total of 10,000 square floor area and flaunts a total of 8 bedrooms, including guest quarters, and 11 bathrooms. The property also showcases a pool, a spa, and a huge lawn that gives an awesome view of the canyons.
According to RedFin, the actress' gated Spanish-inspired California villa has the best views of the Catalina Island. The British born actress' house also includes a glamorous formal dining room, a very massive master suite, and a grand marble staircase. The villa also flaunts a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar. Aside from the massive lawn, the area also has multiple terraces that gives the glamourous canyon scenery different views.
