It's no secret that the reality star has been trying to get pregnant despite the difficult pregnancy with North -- or Nori as the family fondly calls her. The 10th season of the E! reality series focused on following her "journey of trying to get pregnant for the second time, which has proven to not be as easy as the first time," Eonline.com reports.
Kim and Kanye are reported to have done dramatic procedures and "escapades" to make sure that North finally becomes a big sister. "We are trying. We try every single day. You can't try harder than we try," Kim admits to E! News. "It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1." She continued, "But we're literally trying everything that we can to make it happen, so I'm to the point now where it's not as stressful to me. And maybe that's when they say it happens." The reality star is also open to the idea of having a surrogate but would wait a couple of years to really commit, she tells E! News.

The reveal was done in a teaser shown during the recent mid-season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians wherein Kim was seen receiving the news during a doctor's appointment, E! News reports. "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!", Kim excitedly shares the good news to sister Khloe Kardashian. The news was also confirmed by a tweet from E! Online: "Kim Kardashian is pregnant! The #KUWTK star is expecting her second child with Kanye West."
