Known for her revealing on-stage outfits, Jessie J got a little more than what she asked for when she fell victim to an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction during her recent trip to the cinema.
The Price Tag singer went to the pictures to watch Mad Max, Sunday night with her security guard, David Last, in tow when the unprecedented trouser-ripping moment took place, dailymail.co.uk reports. She was wearing a baggy black hoodie paired with black leather trousers and clearly was not intending to draw any wardrobe related attention. But it was shortly after the 27-year-old artist hopped into a taxi when she heard the distinct sound of doom from a ripping garment and only to look down and see that her leather trousers have been split open around the crotch area, the report adds.
Letting her rock 'n' roll spirit out, the singer took the unfortunate event to chin and just poked fun at the cringe-inducing situation, the report shares. Jessie took to Instagram and posted a photo of the thigh high situation to share with her 3.3 million followers on the photo-sharing app and boyfriend, singer, Luke James, who by some odd coincidence, revealed he also ripped his trousers that very same day. "When I told @wolfjames he replied saying me too. And he had ripped his trousers same place in the same 10 mins.... Dun dun duuuuuun. (sic)" Looks like a good reason for them to go on a date A-S-A-P... trousers hunting!
And if you think the crisis stopped the singer from pushing through with the movie trip, you are so wrong, reports heatworld.com. "I went to the cinema pulling my coat down giggling the whole time lol", she says in her Instagram post. Luckily, the darkened cinema made a favorable environment for her exposed thigh when staff rolled out the 3D glasses for the Mad Max experience.
