After Bethesda confirmed that they will soon be revealing the name of the highly anticipated Fallout 4 in the upcoming 2015 E3, Bethesda added puzzle to the fans that they put up in a separate website. According to IGN, the game's developer put up a timer that will expire in 24 hours which raises speculations that they will finally reveal the title tomorrow.
This move might be treated as fake but Bethesda might have confirmed that it is legit through a tweet that gave out the URL of the timer. Another speculation is that the timer will finally reveal the formal trailer of the game but some enthusiasts and gurus are debunking the rumor saying that it is too early for it. Having that, it circles back to the next best thing, a title.
On related news, although Bethesda Executive, Todd Howard, confirmed the Fallout 4 installment, he quickly quipped that the timeline is not yet set and it may take a while. However, Venture Beat said that the timer is a good sign for everyone since it only means one thing, if in case the reveal is related to Fallout 4, the wagon for the game development is formally moving. The website also said that the Fallout-like splash screen is a giveaway.
The role-playing series game gained a huge and wide fanbase due to its large worlds, dark humor, focus on exploration, and post-apocalyptic setting which is somewhat unique to the game.
On an earlier report, Realty Today reported that Fallout 4's developer Bethesda has teased the gaming public about the games trailer, release date, title, and game accessories. The news website also mentioned that gamers have been waiting eagerly for the release of the newest game franchise which is expected to be released next year.
With this timer clock, Bethesda pushed the right button that made the gaming universe stir a bit on their seats in anticipation.
