'The Witcher 3' Update: Free DLC Elements And Gameplay Review

CD Projekt RED, the game developer of the action role-playing video game "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," has announced on Monday that gamers will be able to download free additional contents once the new game patch is released later this week. The announcement was made via "The Witcher" Twitter account, which reads, "Nilfgaardian Armor & Elite Crossbows, 2 new FREE DLCs for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt coming later this week."

A report from Kotaku also identified additional DLC packs: the Temerian Armor set, a new outfit for the female character Yennefer of Venberberg, and the so-called the Missing Miners. The free downloadable contents will be part of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" patch update specifically for PS4 and Xbox One gaming consoles and for personal computers.

Aside from these gaming contents, the patch will repair the bugs reportedly encountered by players in the previous version of the video game. According to Gamepur, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" patch will fix the reported bugs in the GUI panels, cut scenes, and improve the HUD elements for both consoles and personal computers.

The XP fix will be available in two packages, the Patch 1.05 for desktop computers and Patch 1.04 for gaming consoles. In general, the soon-to-be-released patch was developed to improve the video game's stability and performance. With this development, game fanatics will be able to experience a more action-packed game after the patch update is rolled out.

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" has received positive reviews. The game was described as "very, very different," on Steam. Kotaku also noted that "people love this game" despite some commentaries about the video game's graphics.

"This is the best game I have ever played in my entire life on this miserable conglomeration of rocks spiralling around a depressingly hot cauldron of light elements which is rotating along the outskirts of a chaotic system with a World-Ender," says a player, as posted on Steam.

Meanwhile, CD Projekt RED has just confirmed via an IGN report that there will be no difficult level for Geralt, a character in the said video game.
